Starting my Journey to Becoming a Full-Time Author

Hi everyone and welcome to my very first blog post. I have to say, I have been writing a long time but never have I thought about starting my own website. I guess when you're trying to become an author, especially a full-time author, a website is a must. Right? So here I am, working on this first post and I have no idea what to say.

I guess I can start by introducing myself. Hi, my name is Victoria Foster, and I'm an author! Granted, yes, I'm not a published author yet. This journey I have set before myself is a difficult one. There a lot of twists, turns and definitely some ups and downs. I want to bring you all along with me and give you an in-depth look at what it will take for me to become a full-time author.

I don't have a schedule yet but I'm hoping to post once or twice a week with photos and goodies. At the moment I'm working on a writing schedule that I can stick to, yet is flexible enough to spend time with my husband and four dogs. I also work a full-time job which makes writing in my spare time hard. How do you fit writing into a schedule where you work, do house work, take care of dogs, try to make time for spouses and sleep? The answer is: any time, any where. Even if it's just a small amount of writing, I'm still writing.
